How to Sponsor

Sponsorships for the 2020 Industry Summit were designed to give prominent brand recognition both onsite at the Summit venue and in our virtual platform. The in-person and virtual networking opportunities offer your company a unique way to reach leading operating and response companies. This would be a great opportunity to use any leftover 2020 budget and meet your goals of lead generation for the year.

Sponsorships for 2020 Industry Summit:

Tabletop Display – $3,000
Display your company in the networking area at the Summit. Your display includes turnkey table and chairs setup, listing on Summit website, listing in mobile app and virtual platform, and one complimentary pass to attend. In addition to your display onsite, this sponsorship gives you a “virtual booth” in our hybrid virtual platform so you can reach both live event attendees and virtual attendees.

Premier Sponsor – $15,000
Your company will receive inclusion in all applicable marketing of the Summit + prominent branding onsite. This includes a tabletop display in the networking area, signage throughout the event space, company recognition in mobile app and virtual platform, company literature included in attendee bags and five complimentary passes to attend. In addition, your company will receive prominent branding in the virtual platform/mobile app, which includes company banner ads, featured listing and virtual booth.

Industry Sponsor – $10,000
Your company will receive inclusion in all applicable marketing of the Summit + prominent branding onsite. This includes signage throughout the event space, company recognition in mobile app and virtual platform, company literature included in attendee bags and three complimentary passes to attend. In addition, your company will receive prominent branding in the virtual platform/mobile app, which includes a featured listing and virtual booth.

Attendee Bag Sponsor – $4,000 SOLD
Company logo will be printed on the bag containing sponsored literature given to every Summit attendee. In addition, your company will receive recognition in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Badge Lanyard Sponsor – $7,500 (Exclusive) SOLD
Company logo will be printed on the badge lanyard that all Summit attendees wear. In addition, your company will receive recognition in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Wi-Fi Sponsor – $5,000 (Exclusive)
Your company name will be used as the password for Wi-Fi login at the Summit + an informational flyer with Wi-Fi information and company recognition will be distributed at registration. In addition, your company will receive recognition in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Breakfast Sponsor – $3,500 (Exclusive)
A continental breakfast will be served to all attendees on behalf of your company. In addition, your company logo will be on coffee sleeves for breakfast + you’ll receive company recognition on signage and in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Networking Break Sponsor – $3,000 (Only 1 Available)
Company logo will be on the beverage napkins given out during the networking break along with signage recognizing your company as the break sponsor. In addition, your company will receive recognition in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Lunch Sponsor – $6,000 (Exclusive) SOLD
Company logo on tent cards placed in the lunch area along with signage recognizing your company as the lunch sponsor. In addition, your company will receive recognition in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Reception Sponsor – $10,000 (Exclusive) SOLD
Company logo on beverage napkins at the reception along with signage recognizing your company as the reception sponsor. A dedicated email will be sent out to all attendees inviting them to your sponsored reception along with promotion of the reception on the event website. In addition, your company will receive recognition in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Sanitizing Station Sponsor – $5,000 (Exclusive) SOLD
Company recognition/logo at sanitizing stations throughout the Summit event space. In addition, your company will receive recognition in the mobile app and virtual platform and one complimentary pass to attend.

Mobile App Sponsor – $10,000 (Exclusive)
Your company will be the exclusive sponsor of the mobile app. Attendees will download the app to access information on all sessions and sponsors + have the opportunity to connect with those attending virtually. In addition, virtual attendees will access this virtual platform to connect with attendees, speakers and sponsors at the live event.

You’ll receive company recognition in all promotion of the mobile app, both pre-show and onsite. In addition, the splash screen that appears when the app is opened will be your ad and you’ll receive all user metrics post-show.

Session Sponsor – $5,000
Being the sponsor of a session gives you the opportunity to take part in the discussion and have a spot at the table for the session you’re sponsoring. You’ll also receive a banner ad on the session page in the virtual platform, have the opportunity to provide digital documents or handouts in the virtual platform, and receive company recognition on signage onsite. In addition, you receive one complimentary pass to attend.

Post-Show Webinar Sponsorship – $5,000
Continue the conversation that you started at the Summit and solidify your position in the market by connecting directly with the community in the weeks following the Industry Summit. With a webinar sponsorship you get to choose the topic and speakers + we’ll promote your webinar via email, social posts and banner ads. You’ll also receive the full registration list after it’s over.
