Call for Presentations
The goal of CLEAN Gulf is to serve the evolving energy industry by hosting a forum that facilitates an open exchange of ideas, case studies, and best practices for stakeholders from industry, government, environmental, emergency planning, and response industries throughout maritime, facilities, rail, and pipeline.
We welcome you to submit an abstract to be presented during CLEAN Gulf 2025, November 18-20, New Orleans, LA. Our committee will review abstracts that relate to industry best practices or lessons learned to create the best content for the event.
Submission Deadline: April 25, 2025
Speakers will be notified by June 2, 2025 regarding acceptance or rejection.

What puts your abstract in a favorable light?
- Submissions from operating companies and/or regulatory agencies sharing new information
- Submitting case studies that culminate with actionable recommendations
- Being focused and concise on what will be covered in your presentation
- Providing practical, tactical, and timely information
What will likely get your abstract rejected?
- Submissions that are commercial in nature and/or product specific
- Unfocused abstracts that do not concisely detail what the presentation will be about
- Submissions clearly outside the scope of the conference
- Abstracts that are heavily technical or scientific
NOTE: Limit 2 submissions per speaker. Accepted speakers receive complimentary registration to the conference. Only one complimentary registration per submission.
The Gulf of Mexico is one of the most dynamic oil and gas regions of the world. CLEAN GULF is an annual event that draws the highest levels of expertise and knowledge. We invite our international neighbors to mutually learn and share.
